Reporting and blocking a player

1. Open Friends on the Online page.
2. Select the player.
3. Use "Block" to only block, or "Report and Block" to report abuse and block at once.

A blocked player cannot send you messages, invitations or requests and will not be matched with you in ranked play. You can unblock at any time.

Deleting your account

Use the "Delete Account" button on the Online page. Deletion cannot be undone. See the privacy policy for details.

Connection problems

• Online matches need the internet. Switching between Wi-Fi and cellular can cause brief drops; the app reconnects automatically.
• If your opponent disconnects during a match a countdown is shown. When it runs out you win the match.
• If you leave the app or lose your connection during a match, you have 15 seconds to come back or you lose the match. When you return the match resumes after a short countdown.
• If the app closes you can return to a running match with "Rejoin Match" on the Online page.

Notifications

Turn notifications on or off in iOS Settings › Notifications › Air Hockey Online.
